Self-Esteem Boosting Playlist

Some days you hate yourself. On the outside I am very confident, loud, but I’m actually insecure. My body has changed drastically with puberty and my health problems, and I haven’t grown completely comfortable with it yet. I’m sure I am not the only one suffering from days when you avoid mirrors and stay home in your sweatpants, tshirt, and no bra. Music may not be able to cure my body image issues, but it certainly can help me improve it.

Beautiful Soul- Jesse McCartney

Whenever I need a pick me up, I ALWAYS go to Jesse McCartney.

Invisible- Hunter Hayes

A few years ago, I went through a Hunter Hayes phase. I haven’t listen to his new stuff, since I don’t prefer country, but I LOVE his old stuff.

Cover Girl- Big Time Rush

Big Time Rush reminds me of my innocence as a kid.

Rainbow- Kesha

Kesha never fails to make me feel I can do anything.

Perfect- Anne-Marie

F*ckin’ Perfect- P!nk

Body Love Pt. 1 & 2 and Secrets- Mary Lambert

My Skin- Lizzo

I am in LOVE with Lizzo. All of her songs makes you feel like a bad *ss b*tch.

Who Says- Selena Gomez

A classic for 2000s kids.

Just the Way You Are- Bruno Mars

Am I the only one who miss the old Bruno Mars? Before he tried to be mainstream?

Big Girl (You Are Beautiful)- Mika

A curvy girl anthem.

Scars to Your Beautiful- Alessia Cara

Beautiful- Christina Aguilera

Try- Colbie Caillat
